This is strictly a recreational property as it is located at least a 1/2 from the county road and that 1/2 miles has no winter maintenance, so it is only snowmobile access in the winter. The water system is turned off in the winter, so you'd have to have a storage tank to fill in the fall to have winter water. Due to these factors financing may be difficult.
